My Gym

Brought PH for a trial My Gym class on Sun at Great World City.. it was so different fr the tumbletots trial.. me n hubby were 'won over' by the professionalism tt we signed up for 10 classes immediately after the trial... :P oh.. no photo was taken as we enjoyed ourselves so much.. will try to take some photo during the next lesson... :)

on the way there, i was thinking if i'm being foolish by going for the trial now with the rampage of the HFMD.. worried tt some kids might hav got it n still go for the gym.. den PH will end up getting it too.. but, when we reached My Gym, i think i worried too much... :P they disinfect each kid's hand with disinfectant.. before n after each session, the place was thoroughly disinfected too.. all mats were spray and wiped with disinfectant.. :)

the session was really nice.. it started with a hello song, den some warm up.. n den there's plenty of activites.. the kids were taught to roll on their tummy on a mat.. it's meant for training their tummy muscle.. PH is so lousy.. started crying on his 2nd turn.. :P but the teachers were very encouraging n keep praising him.. :P

next, they let him hold on to a bar n swing him... again he cried... :P den, off to the 'flying carpet'.. they hang a ladder horizontally to the floor, place a mat on top, n get the kids to sit on it.. tt's for training their balancing skill.. PH did quite well at first.. but once the teacher praised him, he started crying again........ hai~~ :P

PH enjoyed the swing most.. was very happy when we swing him.. :P but, can't swing him too high.. if not, he will cry again.. hehehe... :P so timid......

the kids were oso placed on roller board and we were asked to pull them ard using a hula loop... but PH refused to be placeed on his tummy.. so we skip this part.. throughout the stations, the kids were allowed to explore all other facilities n encouraged to try them while waiting for their turn.. :)

PH enjoyed himself alot.. aft the gym time, he still tried to sneak into the gym area while we were signing up n paying for the class... :P the teacher said tt he's quite gd as a first timer already.. when he slowly get used to it, he will enjoy it more.. :)

hopefully he will become more daring aft the gym sessions.. dun be like a scaredy cat... :P
