my best fren is expecting her first baby.. they had a scan today n finally know the baby's gender... it's a gal!! felt so happy.. :) well.. she said she prefer boy.. but i like gals leh.. hahahaha... :P now, i can start shopping for cute baby gal dresses for the baby...

he's such a darling....
lately, he shows preference on sleeping with us.. look at this.. i woke up one morning to see this.. so sweet... :) erm.. but hubby looks abit unglam lah.. hehehe... :P
he needs his daily cuddling time on our bed b4 his bedtime.. today, i was bz in the kitchen.. so he went to drag his papa to our bed n wants to hav cuddling time with him.. he kept playing peek a boo.. else, he will juz lie there beside his papa.. :) when i join them, he had some fun time, n lie between us contented.. :)
n he's so cute tonight.. when i place my face near his, he clasp my face n pull me towards him n gave me a kiss on my lips... he did this 3 times.. so it's not chance occurance.... :P
oh dear... so young already kiss so well... so gals, beware!! :P

PH's vocab...
PH has become more vocal recently.. always try to talk.. his fav is 'tarzan' language... juz keeps saying 'eyo eyo eyo eyo'.. :P
juz discovered tt he likes to take the easy way out.. for words tt he finds hard to pronouce, he will replace the word with '阿'..
for eg.:
面包 becomes 阿包
肚子becomes 阿肚
嘴巴becomes 阿巴
and the list goes on..... :P
oh.. n he can understand instructions liao.. he pees when we ask him to.. run to the bathroom when i tell him it's bath time.. kiss when requested... say bye bye n give flying kisses.. auto call gor gor when he sees older kids.. hehehe.. he's so much more interactive now... :)

tumble tots trial..
went to tumble tots trial organised by afcai on sat..
at the start of the class, we were all seated in a big circle.. PH was very naughty.. kept walking ard n refused to sit with us.. he spotted another little boy who was holding on to a toy car.. n he walked towards the boy n tried to take the car... :P thereafter, the boy hide his toy car whenever PH approach him.. hehehee.... :P
den, the facilitator asked all the toddlers to go to her n collect two sticks n a bean bag.. PH walk over n took the sticks.. but he refused to grab the beanie.. he juz touch n let go..
after some singing, it's gym time.. :) PH was quite cute.. managed to do most of the 'obstacle' course... but.. he got trapped at the ladders... :P he juz grabbed the railings n cry... hahaha... :P we tried to help him n show him how to climb.. but he juz grab tightly.. n kept crying while we 'adjust' his legs.. heee... :P but i think the ladder not suitable for him (or his height).. :P the ladder is taller than me lor... i was so afraid tt he will juz drop to the ground... :P
the class ended with a gdbye song.. and every toddlers were asked to go to the facilitator to collect a sticker.. n they are supposed to throw the sticker backing into a bin.. hehe.. PH can do it really well.. he loves to throw things into the rubbish bin.. (and pick up fr the bin as well).... :P

terrible 2 coming???
lately, PH has became naughtier.. he learns to throw tantrum.. whenever anything's not according to his wish, he will sit on the floor n wail... cry until sob sob sob lidat.. den he will start using ku3 rou4 ji4.. keep asking to be carried.. like very poor thing lidat....
he won't stop crying until there's a distraction.. hai~~ how shd i deal with him? i dun want to give in to his wailing.. but at the same time, i can't let him cry too long too... hai~~ big big headache..
today, dunnoe wat happened to him.. woke up crying aft his afternoon nap.. juz cry n cry n cry... refuse to get off the bed... n want us to stay beside him n watch him roll here n there... when we insisted on bringing him to living room for his dinner, see wat he did...

pasta time 2
after yesterday's failure, i decided to try again today.. since he hates tomato, i shall use his all time fav, pumpkin.. :)
here's the end product.. :)
erm... doesn't look as pretty as yesterday (erm.. yesterday's one not tt gd too) :P
the result:
he only ate half a bowl.... i finished the remaining... :( it's was worse than tomato sauce.. at least he finished more yesterday.. i guess maybe he dun like pasta... he seems to prefer rice to pasta... very Chinese leh.. like his papa.. :P

decided to be adventurous n prepare pasta for PH on sat.. :P
it will be tomato sauce pasta.. PH dun really like tomato... hopefully he will eat it.. hehehe.. :P
first, cut criss cross on the tomato.. pour hot water over it n submerge it for a while.. aft a while, the skin peels off easily..
next, heat up the pan.. add olive oil n fry the tomato till mashy.. add in minced chicken.. added a little sugar too so tt the sauce won't be to sour.. ran out of sugar.. so i used rock sugar instead.. :P
den, i boiled the pre-soaked spiral pasta for half an hour.. drain the water n mixed it with the tomato sauce...
supposed to toss in mozerralla cheese as well.. but forgotten all abt it.. onli add it in shortly b4 serving.. so the cheese din really melt.. :P
here's the end product.. :)
see PH's reaction while eating the pasta... doesn't seem to enjoy.. :P but, he still managed to finish most of it.. only left a few mouthful.. :) shall try pumpkin sauce next... :)

gym time...
yingyi told us abt stengthening bb's arm by letting them grab on to us.. :) we tried it n PH loves it.. :)

Happy Birthday hubby!!
It's hubby's birthday!! We had a day full of activities.. :)
hubby's birthday cake arrived at 8.30am.. ordered the famous yummy tiramisu fr van.. can't wait n cut the birthday cake in the morning.. :P
PH can't eat the cake since it is alcoholic.. so, we let him snack abit on the wafers tt surrounded the cake.. :P
next, winter clothes shopping for our sydney trip!!! heard fr mommy frens in the forum tt there's mothercare sales at Parkway Parade... so there we go.. :) alot of the winter clothings r selling at 50% off!! grab ah!!! :P but, we only got a winter jacket for him.. coz i already got 1 pullover, 2 wool vest n little wool socks fr winter time n cool wear sales.. hehehe.. :P oso got some long sleeves fr sprees n BP.. SIL oso lent us some thick clothings.. and a fellow forum mom will be lending us some more thick clothings.. i think we over stocked.. hehehe.. :P
since we are already so 'east'. might as well go east coast park.. :)
hubby brought PH nearer n nearer water while mommy lazing away.. :P
wanted PH to feel n enjoy the waves washing upshore.. but, he dun like it.. wonder if it's due to bad memories fr his previous waves experience.. :P
he rather play with sand n got himself really sandy.. :P big mistake for not bringing bottles of water so tt we can easily wash him up.. so we juz try to sweep away as much sand away fr him as possible.. :P
on the way back, hubby decided to give a birthday treat at marche vivocity... :) n conveniently located outside marche is the skygarden pool.. hehehehe... time for a wash while hubby queue up.. :P

at the viewing gallery, there was this gal who is really frenly.. abit over frenly as she 'sayang' real hard with lotsa force... :P PH got 'sayang-ed' by her once.. after tt, he ran away whenever he saw her approaching.. :P the littl gal's bro is cute too.. whenever his sis tried to sayang PH, he will grab her hand n stop her.. so sweet.. :)
PH n zofie still dun really interact well.. they both play in their own world.. maybe we shd organise more gatherings for the kids.. :)

hubby left for his India overseas trip last Sun.. brought PH to the airport to send him off.. this little boy is really drama.. when we were waving gdbye to hubby, he start yelling n wanted to get down to go to his papa... :P erm.. i guess he thot hubby will be having fun over in India so he wanted to tag along.. :P he even said bye bye to his papa.. his 'bye bye' is very ex one lor.. always dun want to say it.. naughty boy... :P
put him on top of the luggage which is on top of the luggage trolley.. so cute.. :P
