poor PH, he has been down with flu since last tuesday.. even aft seeing GP n taking singulair (for sensitive airway), his cough got worse n it eventually lead to bronchitis..
his cough got really bad on thursday tt he couldn't sleep well.. so on fri, we brought him to the PD hoping tt she will give better medication to ease PH's cough.. but the new medication (she still prescribed her usual medication) did not help his cough at all.. in fact, it has gotten so bad tt he couldn't sleep... he can't stop coughing for even a minute... :(
brought him to our regular GP on sat morning n the GP concluded tt he got bronchitis and must use inhaler to speed up recovery.. he was also prescribed antibiotics and stronger cough medication.. the GP even wrote a memo so tt we can bring him to hosp in any case the medication does not work on him.. the GP oso made an effort to call n check on PH few hours later..
his condition improved aft the new medication and was finally able to nap in the afternoon.. by sun, he's already not coughing much.. phew.. felt so bad to see him suffer so much... :(
hubby n I felt so guilty towards PH.. we hav planned to go Batam for a short getaway on sat n sun without PH long time ago.. everything has already been booked n paid for.. we still went for the trip aft leaving PH with my in laws.. but we couldn't enjoy much.. everytime i see a kid, i will think of PH and i will feel so guilty.. there was once when a toddler was crying n wailing for mama n i started feeling tt i'm a bad mom.. even hubby started to imagine tt the gal sounded like PH... we ended up calling back home every few hours to check on PH's condition..
anyway, hope tt PH will recover soon...
