tried making tiramisu, avocado pudding and ondeh ondeh recently... tiramisu is a success.. definitely not as gd as Van's, but still edible lah.. hehehe.. :) but i still need to control the amt of liquor to add in.. some told me tt they love the strong liquor.. but some couldn't finish it coz it's too strong.. hehehehe.. :P
avocado got mixed review tt.. personally, i find it tasting like avocado puke.. my sis felt the same too.. but my mama n papa like it.. :P but, it will be the last time i try avocado pudding.. i think i prefer to juz order avocado milkshake outside.. :P
as for ondeh ondeh, it's the bounciest ondeh ondeh tt i hav even seen in my whole life.. :P i think if i drop it on the floor, it will really go 'diong diong diong diong' lor... :P oh.. and i realised tt it grow in size aft i throw them into the boiling water.. was quite small when i made them.. but aft cooking, they grew much bigger... :P
went to chinatown for a walk on 年除夕.. was super crowded lor.. i didn't want to go.. but hubby was so on.. so go lor... :( we put PH in his ergo carrier while we walk ard... yup... he can still sit comfortably in his ergo.. he's only 11kg lor...
we din managed to take a proper CNY family photo leh... :( slept quite late on 大年初一.. we were rushing here n there so tt we won't be delayed for the visits... hai..
luckily, we managed to capture a few photos of PH in his CNY clothes... :P got this during the chinatown visit.. abit tight.. it's meant for 1 year old... but the 2 year old size is way too big for him.. :P
invited my colleagues over for a gathering on 初六... had steamboat.. but since it's halal (no pork), we got limited choice lah... :P n since i can't cook well, i hope dinner was not too much of a torture to them... :P well, the prawn was nice.. but other than tt, i can't think of any yummy food i prepared.. :P n poor WL, she can't eat seafood... so... there was no nice food for her... hahahahhahaa... :P
PH behaved well surprisely.. he had fun 'bickering' with HL.. super cute conversation between them both..

highlight of the night was Wii!! i shall not post any photos here as they were really unglam... imagine a grp of girls getting super rowdy.. hahahaha... :P we had so much fun n laughter tt i had to keep checking the clock... got to make sure tt we stop our super loud laughs by 11pm.. hahahaha.. dun want the police to come knocking.. hehehehe... :P
