went for my acupuncture session today... was quite nervous.. :P anyway, the overall experience is not as painful as wat i imagined it to be.. :P in fact, i dun even feel prickly pain.. juz felt the needle going thru my fats... :P
the sinseh said tt i put on too much weight liao.. muz be the weight tt's concentrated on my tummy tt resulted in my back strain..... :( ask me to go on diet... :P
she only used 8 needles on my back area.. no weird location like between fingers or on the head or face.. phew... :P n two 拔罐 as well... :P some of the needles were connected to electri current.. can feel the throbbing current passing thru.. :P den there was a hot light shining on my back too.. not bad leh.. warm warm.. very comfy... :)
took a pic... but it showed my fats... so not posting here.. hehehehe... :P
