Disappointing Spa Service...........

we bought this spa package during CSC carnival since May.. finally arranged to go for it yesterday since i need to clear my National Day leave.. called to make an appointment on 5th Sept 11am..

somehow, hubby couldn't finish his work on time.. so i called to tell them tt we will be slightly late.. BUT, to my surprise, the receptionist told me that she could't find my reservation!! aft some searching for my name, she told me tt my appointment is being made on 3rd Oct!!

i was so angry.. specially took leave, dated hubby, arranged for a time n was told tt my appointment is actually 1mth later.. ask the girl wat she could do for us.. she juz kept saying 'our apologies for this to happen' and kept suggesting alternate timing to us.. first she suggested 12.30pm but it's not couple room when i already specify in my requirement.. aft tt, kept suggesting 6.30pm slot although i repeatedly told her tt i can't make it.. she couldn't do anything at all..

finally i was so fed up tt i said i wanted a refund.. she told me tt i will need to call the marketing side to request for refund.. faint... of ocz i refused n requested to speak to the manager.. finally, manager managed to pacify us by throwing in a complimentary milk bath and a outdoor pavillion for us at 8pm yesterday..

but tt's not the end hor.. when we reach, the staffs were not aware tt we were given the milk bath.. i got to remind them.. she wrote it on our questionaire sheet n passed it to the massage ladies... but aft our massage, we were surprised tt the hydro bath is the normal sea salt bath!!!! asked the girls n they juz kept apologising.. hai...

anyway, we spoke to the manager aft our spa session.. first, she asked if we want to take up a package with them.. i refused straight away telling her the mistakes they made.. she offered in include 1 milk bath for us if we sign up.. of coz i refused.. then she offered to give us 1 free milk bath if we buy another session.. of coz i won't want to.. we wanted to go there relax.. ended up with so many miscommunication.. gave us more stress instead... in the end, she gave us 2 free body massage with milk bath.. n gave us her namecard so tt we can call her direct to arrange for another session.. she will personally attend to us to avoid any more miscommnication...

now i think we will hav to arrange for one more session asap.. else if she forgot or left the co, we will lugi.. hahaha... :P
